Shroff & Associates, established in 2011, practises from Hastings Chamber on Kiran Shankar Roy Road, in the legal district of Kolkata. The firm advises companies, promoters, institutions and families across Eastern India in disputes and in property and commercial transactions. Much of its work comes by reference from clients and fellow members of the Bar.

Founding partner of the firm, in practice for more than 35 years. He specialises in civil and criminal litigation, company law and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and advises start-ups and investors, with particular expertise in electricity matters, including appearances before the Supreme Court of India and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.
